The Royal Swedish Opera in Stockholm has been the main stage for ballet and opera in Sweden since 1776! This is the place where passion can take center stage.

The world’s first museum of dance and movement. The founder Rolf de Maré travelled all over the world collecting artefacts and documenting dance in all its various forms.

Stockholm House of Culture & City Theatre. The activities include debates, art, exhibitions, film, dance and music. Annually they have aproximately 3 million visits.

Exhibitions

»Everything You Can Imagine is Real« was a huge success in the Swedish Museum of Movement. Afterwards it toured to Berlin where Her Majesty the Queen inaugurated it. As a number of cities has shown their interest, this exhibition will soon continue its tour. This collaboration between The Royal Swedish Opera, Bea Szenfeldt, Karolina Henke, Stina Wirsén and Carl Thorborg is curated by Stockholm Graphics Pompe Hedengren.
